I studied my first year in Nutrition & Dietetics at The Endeavour College of Natural Health, Sydney, Australia. I transferred back to the Institute of Optimum Nutrition, Richmond, where I completed my studies.

My chosen niche is menstrual health, due to my own personal journey.

As a Nutritional Therapist, I have been lucky enough to completely change the health of my menstrual cycle. In my early 20's, I was going to A&E regularly with period pain; the pain was excruciating. 


I was told my only option was to go on the oral contraceptive pill. At the time, I was studying Nutrition. My gut instinct was telling me this couldn't be the only option. So many girls suffered with period pain, whilst many didn't.


I now experience minimal to no pain, take no painkillers and avoid most symptoms associated with PMS. Other benefits include clear skin, positive mood and deeper sleep.

Nutritional Therapy isn’t a quick fix. It doesn’t involve popping a pill to cover your symptoms. We look at the body on a deeper level, through functional testing, to see exactly where the underlying imbalances are; we address this from the root upwards. 

I urge you to consider Nutritional Therapy if you have PCOS, endometriosis, period pain, irregular periods, no periods, heavy periods or PMS. You will find the answers you have been looking for. I feel so passionate about spreading the word because I have been through it myself.
